First of all I wouldn't tell your parents going behind their back for a kitten will put you in a world of trouble. Sorry about your mishaps with the kitten I know what having mean neighbors is like changing their word every minute. And also I'm sorry that some people can't realize when your life dream is thrusts upon u that you' re going to seize the moment whatever the consequences are. I've always wanted a kitten to and i would do what u have done in a heartbeat. But maybe if u actually talked to your neighbor and compromised on a plan that u can still work out a deal to see the kitten at times. or maybe you should buy the kitten off of them and wait for the right moment to tell your parents if they ever will be reasonable.

Hope your problem works out for the best.

It's your kitten now. But if you can't afford to pay for the shots and such, maybe YOU can find it a better home. It was given to you; you do NOT have to give it back. I'd spit in her face before I did that. It is not your neighbor's responsibility anymore. But if you cannot provide what it needs then you need to think about that.

Okay first tell your parents then if you want to introduce the cat in a peaceful way keep it in your room or ONE room where the kitten can be alone as a safe room and then slowly let your cat in and let them sniff eachother under te door and then maybe rub a towel on both and exchange towels so both cats get used to the smel and then let the cat hang out with the kitten for small time frames and keep and eye on them then pretty soon they will be fine with one another. then if the cat gets mad at the kitten or something the kitten knows to go to that ONE room in order to be safe and alone. they should get along fine. get your cat from the neihbors and kkep it. it will work out fine.
~good luck. hope I was able to help you!

Talk to your parents and explain the situation to them. Perhaps there is a way to keep the cat and the kitten separated. Or - out of courtesy for your cat, you may just have to let the neighbors keep the kitten. You might want to ask if you can visit the kitten from time to time. But, it wouldn't be your kitten.

One day, you will probably move out of your parents home. Then, you can get kittens. It'll come sooner than you think.

Best wishes.

No offense...but if you can't pay for shots or anything for the care of the kitten, you don't need it. Unless you can somehow get your parents to help you out. If not, well, the kitten needs to stay with someone who can care for it properly. Hope this helps but somebody has gotta say it.

If you can't pay for it, don't have it. Wait until you can afford an animal. It's not fair. You wouldn't have a child if you couldn't afford it, right?
Wait until you can give a cat a good life.
If something goes wrong with the cat, say a broken leg....if you didn't have that money $200-300, you would have to put it down. Would it be worth it? NO.
Bottom line:
If you can't afford an animal, don't have one!!!!

Talk to your parents. Having a pet is a big responsibility and having an adult perspective would be better. Good Luck!
