will the kitten fatten up if i give it mammallac every day ? the kitten has some of its mothers milk but cant get much and the other kittens push him aside !!

Put the kitten alone with mom so it can get its share. Moms milk is always the best. The first days milk is especially important as it contains everything for the kits immunity. In almost all cases mom will have enough milk and if need be rotate out who eats first to make sure everyone gets a share. Formula’s are better than nothing but are never truly as good as what mom provides. Newborn kittens are skinny just like newborn humans, you can tell the kit is eating by his little round tummy.
Please don’t supplement unless you have to, improperly done kittens can aspirate on milk and end up with pneumonia.
If you have to supplement I would mix up no more than a couple ounces at a time and nurse each several times a day. This way each still gets some mothers milk. You can better judge the amount once you see how much it eats at a time, put only about a 1/2 oz in the bottle until you see it wants more. Dispose of anything left in the bottle don’t try to keep it for later the saliva breaks it down.
Refrigerate what ever is mixed up and make sure to warm it in a cup of warm water before feeding (fill bottle then sit in warm water). A cats body temp is slightly higher than a humans so it should feel very very slightly warm on your wrist. Cold milk causes stomach aches.
