From what you say, she looks and seems fine, nurses, mom cleans her, etc. She does romp w/her litter mates? NOW, if they (or mom) avoided her, I'd be concerned that she was sickly or diseased. You know, no one "owns" a cat as they are independent little rascals! ;) Why I prefer cats to dogs! (No offense to dog-lovers, k?). She’s just being independent, no worries! This may be a sign of disease. However, this he could just be the runt and has gotten kicked out the group. I don't think you can know for sure without talking to a professional.
