no dont keep them because then maybe when one of the boy kittens grow up, then they’ll do it with their mother, and then the father cat will do it with one of the girl kittens… but when the mother will have kittens from her son, then shell have a two headed kitten, you dont want that do you??…. so its a good idea to give them away, if you have a russian friend, they can put the bulleting about kittens and put your phone number on one of the russians news papers…and trust me ALOT of ppl will call you……. and about the eyes thing, theres different dates…. some open a day after they were born, but they DEFENETLY gonna open in less than a week

Give them away or sell them while they are still kittens, or they will be less adoptable if you change your mind once they are full grown cats. 5 cats is a lot. Please don’t sell them until they are 12 weeks old, or they might have biting and scratching problems in their new homes. recommends 12-24 weeks old as the min. adoptable age.

You can spay neuter around 3 months, or once they hit 4 pounds in weight (that’s when the anesthesia is less dangerous).

Yes, kittens are adorable. If you think that you can handle 5 cats, assuming you only have the mother, father, and the babies, then keep them! Kittens are sooo cute, I have kept all of my cats. They are every bit as adorable as adults. If you can’t keep them, at least find them good homes. A shelter wouldnt be good.

Well, i Owen alot of animals mainly cats, and they have kittens there eyes open up maybe after a couple of weeks so, it there a about a week, then in like two, three weeks there eyes well open.

Yes baby kittens are very cute.If you have the room and the money to care for five cats including vet care. By all means keep them just nurture or spray each animal. About 8 to 14 days old, for the eyes to open. You may want to offer the female some wet food or dry food soaked in water to soften when the kittens are around three weeks old if not sooner. some times the kittens will start eating soft food at this age which helps the mother from getting so ran down, from trying to provide all the nourishment.

Of course you can keep them all, but keep in mind the added expense and make sure you can afford vet bills, food, etc. and the fact they will need to be fixed.

They should open their eyes within the next week (it varies). If you notice the eyes getting gooey during this time and they have trouble opening them, they need antibiotic cream for their eyes- if you dont get this from the vet at this time, their eyes could be damaged….

I have three generations of Siamese. I bred the last two…mother, father, daughter, and daughter’s son. They get a long great except the mother and daughter hate each other and occasionally get in a fight - but sometimes they sleep together too. good luck

Your kitten will take in the rage of one week to open eyes, may be tomorrow. I don’t thing you need to keep a herd of cats, they will fight and compete in every thing, better sent them to a shelter.

As long as your get all the cats in your spayed or neutered, and you can afford proper vet care for all 5 cats, there is no reason not to keep them.

If you spay the mother after they’re weaned.and then spay/neuter the kittens it would be fine to keep them if you like.they open their eyes usually in 5-8 days,sometimes a little bit longer.
